APPLICATION

1 sachet a day at any time

Adults and children 3 years and older:
1 sachet once a day. 3-7 times a week (depending on individual needs).
Squeeze the contents of the sachet into your mouth and swallow. You can sip water.
Once opened, consume immediately.
Do not mix with hot drinks and food.
Suitable for nursing mothers and pregnant women.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Do not use the dietary supplement as a substitute for a varied diet.
